Plans Unveiled for CMK’s Tallest Building

B3.3N visual proposal for consultationPlans have been unveiled for a new high-rise development on Midsummer Boulevard, creating what would be CMK’s tallest building to date.

Sterling Property Ventures has been selected by Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP) as its preferred development partner for the major new scheme.

James Howarth, Sterling Property Ventures’ managing director, said: “We are very excited to be working with MKDP to deliver a scheme which will help Milton Keynes continue to expand as a key employment location, making the most of its communication links and status as the fastest growing city in the UK.”

The development site, known as B3.3N, fronts onto Midsummer Boulevard, between the Pinnacle and Witan Gate House. Sterling is currently working on designs, which when completed will offer vistas over Milton Keynes and contribute to the vibrancy of the Boulevard.

Engagement with stakeholders has already begun, and Sterling and MKDP will be seeking input from the public during the Summer of 2016. Subject to the feedback from the consultation, it is anticipated that plans will be submitted to MK Council later this year.
