Consultation on New Parking Standards

A new document that will decide how much parking should be built for future developments in CMK is out for public consultation. The “Parking Standards SPD” (supplementary planning document) will cover all forms of development, including residential, retail and offices. The document, if adopted, will form part of the planning policy against which new developments are considered.

The draft version of the new parking standards, which will apply to the whole of Milton Keynes, can be viewed on the Milton Keynes Council website. The consultation runs until 5pm on Wednesday, 7 October.
