MK Calling Preview
This spring, MK Gallery showcases new and exciting work by over 70 emerging and established artists in MK Calling 2017. This exhibition is designed to celebrate the breadth of creativity around Milton Keynes and will include a wide range of art forms alongside a dynamic programme of events and participatory sessions. There will be a meeting of the Town Council's Planning Committee on Wednesday 26th April. The meeting will be held at the CMKTC offices on the 3rd floor, Margaret Powell House, 413 Midsummer Boulevard. Members of the public are welcome and will be given an opportunity at the beginning of the meeting to make statements on issues on the agenda or other matters relating to planning within the parish of Central Milton Keynes. Town Council Annual Meeting May 2017
There will be the annual meeting of the Council at 6pm at Centrecom Meeting Place, followed by a normal meeting at 7pm. Start the Art is a weekly session for children to get into art and enjoy the experiences of painting, drawing, mark-making and more. These interactive sessions, hosted by a group of friendly artists, run every Tuesday morning in MK Gallery's event space. Booking is essential via Eventbrite. A group of Central Milton Keynes staff and residents will gather at the centre:mk branch (not Xscape as previously announced) of McDonalds for the ‘Love Where You Live’ spring clean at midday on Thursday 25 May. The Missing Building: Model Prize Giving
