Milton Keynes Half-Marathon
The Milton Keynes Half Marathon and Festival of Running will take place on the 6th of March. The old half marathon, 5km and 10km runs are all back, along with a new '20 miler', ideal for anyone training towards the London Marathon later in the year. You can do yoga whilst helping people with thyroid disease in a special session at Sweat Studios in the Hub. Yoga is a powerful means of relieving stress in the body and can be particularly beneficial to those suffering from thyroid disease. Beacon Lighting & Fire Performance for Queen’s 90th Birthday
