Jennifer Reid, the MK50 artist in residence, will be at Campbell Park next week. She will be on the canal in Campbell park gathering memories from local people to create a songbook for the MK50 celebrations.

As part of this residency, which has been funded by the Arts Council, Jennifer will also be running two workshops where residents can find out about old songs and traditional folk music, then have a go at writing their own. These will take place at MK Gallery on Monday 7 August, the first at 11am, and the second at 3pm.

These workshops are free to attend and booking is not required. The workshops are suitable for adults and older children.
