Marina Development Gets Planning Permission

Plans for a new mixed-use development and boating marina on the eastern edge of Campbell Park have been approved by Milton Keynes Council.

The plans include plans for local shops, leisure areas and a mix of residential accommodation in 380 apartments and townhouses. These buildings will range from three up to seven storeys in height.

The planned development is not located within the park itself, but in the wider Campbell Park grid square, which includes a large amount of undeveloped land down either side of the park. The plans also include provision for the first phase of the proposed Milton Keynes to Bedford waterway.
