Town Council Supports Flower Display

The Town Council contributed four late-flowering Clematis to a recent flower festival event at the City Church. CMK Town Councillor Hilarie Bowman (pictured, right) helped organise the Town Council’s contribution to the display.

The event doubled as a celebration of Milton Keynes’ 50th anniversary, and sought to “showcase what’s great about our city: from amazing arrangements that climb the pillars to lovely posies just right for a sweetheart.”

Now that the event is concluded, ideas are being invited for places where the flowers could be planted to brighten up CMK’s residential areas. If you have any suggestions, feel free to comment with them below.
